This week we have participated in an historic event that has mobilized people and has the potential to move our community and country towards racial justice and equity. We are challenged to keep this energy going and continue to work together on the transformation of our Duluth community. The YWCA invites you to attend:
Time for Transformation: From the Politics of Race to the Politics of Solidarity Victor Lewis will share his vision of a world of interracial, intercultural solidarity which is worth living and fighting for, and which may be our only hope. He is an internationally recognized leader and is best known for his catalytic role in the documentary, “The Color of Fear.” Mr. Lewis is currently Director of the Center For Diversity Leadership in Oakland, CA.
